The Role

The Sales Advisor is responsible for converting investor interest into client relationships and guiding clients through the investment process.

You will manage the entire client acquisition process, from initial discovery through onboarding and portfolio implementation.

This role works closely with Lumida's investment team, marketing team, and client services team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

•    Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and engage prospective clients introduced through the Lumida network
•    Conduct discovery meetings to understand client financial goals and portfolio structure
•    Present Lumida's investment platform and strategies to prospective clients
•    Convert qualified opportunities into new client relationships
•    Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery through client onboarding
•    Track all interactions, meetings, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
•    Guide clients through account opening and custodial setup working with Client Services
•    Engage with prospects generated through Lumida inbound leads, events,webinars, and content campaigns
•    Maintain trusted relationships with new clients during the early stages of engagement.
•    Ensure a high-touch, white-glove client experience

Qualifications

•    Series 65 license required
•    Experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or investment sales
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•    Ability to explain sophisticated investment strategies clearly
•    High level of organization and sales discipline
•    Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
•    Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred. Familiarity with public markets, private markets, tax strategies, estate planning, and alternatives
